I had to opportunity to attend a VIP Pre-Opening Event for Piada to try out this new sensation in Sugarland, Texas. When I pulled up I loved the wall to wall windows and the chic European decor I could see through the window.

Now, I had never heard of a Piada, but i knew it sounded hip and Italian. Piada Italian Street Food invited the bloggers out for a soft opening to try out all of their dishes. I was completely down for that.

The setup wasn’t your typical Italian restaurant. There was an ordering line full of fresh ingredients and I could watch my food being made to order. How cool is that?

I had the opportunity to try a a few dishes on the menu and they were all delicious. 

I can’t wait to visit again and try the rest of the menu.

• Lobster Bisque
